This noren has a design based on the family's favorite green bamboo. The deep, energetic green color, leaves and bamboo of different thickness give the impression of depth. They put out a carved bamboo display during the Hina Doll Festival every year. Both noren and green bamboo fade, but the fading often adds to their beauty.
