Kanba Falls Natural Park

At a height of 110 meters and a width of 20 meters, Kanba Falls is the most impressive waterfall in the Chugoku region. The area around the falls has been selected as one of the 100 best scenic locations in Japan and one of the country's 100 best waterfalls. This natural park run by Okayama Prefecture has been designated a culturally important place of scenic beauty. The four seasons are equally spectacular here, with fresh green, autumn leaves or snowy landscapes waiting to be enjoyed. About 180 wild monkeys often come to be fed by park staff.
